Never organised a trip before?  Here are a few guidelines for a successful outing

• How many people do you think will be interested in your trip?
• Ring for coach hire prices - 24, 35, 39, 51 or 53 seaters available.
• Obtain entrance prices for venue - ask about group discounts and payment terms.  If you can't find a number for a venue, we should be able to obtain it for you.
• Work out a realistic price per head - remember you may not be able to fill the coach so charge a little more per head - you can always give some money back to passengers if you manage to fill the coach.
• Get a deposit from passengers - they may all agree it's a great idea to go somewhere, but when you actually want some money from them it's sometimes a different matter
• Book the coach - have alternative dates if possible.
• Wait for your coach hire confirmation and pay deposit if requested.
• Keep a passenger list and a note of what people have paid you.
• Book tickets for the venue if required to do so.
